This system deals with the wastes separated from the mud shaker, desander, desilter and centrifuge in the drilling fluid solid control system. The oil-based mud produced by us can reduce the oil content of the waste within 3% after treatment by this system, and the water content of the solid phase can be controlled within 6%. The liquid can be used while drilling with the solid control system, reducing the mud cost.
The oil-based mud produced by TR Solids Control does not fall to the ground. It is composed of mud buffer tank, screw conveyor, drilling cuttings drying machine, high-speed frequency conversion centrifuge, mud agitator, long rod pump and other equipment. The process of the oil-based mud non landing system produced by us is as follows: first, the drilling cuttings separated from the mud shaker, desander, desilter and centrifuge of the solid control system are collected by the screw conveyor, and then sent to the drying machine for solid-liquid separation. The separated dry solid phase is collected, and the liquid phase is transferred into the buffer tank, and then sent to the high-speed frequency conversion centrifuge through the long rod pump for secondary separation, Separate the fine particles in the mud, so that the separated mud can meet the requirements of drilling back. The separated solid phase and the solid phase separated by the dryer are bagged and pulled away.
