Pyramid Shaker Screens Shipped to Poland

OBM Drilling Waste Management System Finished

On May 6th, one new set of oil based drilling waste management was shipped to our old customer. This system is composed of TRCD930C vertical cutting dryer, TRLW355N-1 high speed centrifuge, mud tank, centrifuge supply pump and other auxiliary accessories. Processing capacity of our dryer could reach up to 30-50 T/h with basket diameter 930mm. Rotary speed is 900r/min. Bowl diameter of our TRLW355N-1 centrifuge is 350mm, and bowl length is 1250mm. Processing capacity is 40m3/h. TR drilling waste management system can effectively control the moisture content (6%-15%) and oil content (2%-8%) in drilling cuttings, and stabilizes the liquid phase performance.

TRNG-70 Mud Storage Tank Produced by TR Solids Control is Delivered
Three sets of TRNG-70 mud storage tanks ordered by oil drilling client in our company have been loaded for client one by one and sent to the site designated by client.
The three sets of TRNG-70 mud tanks ordered by the client this time are used as mud reserve tanks at the drilling site. The three sets of TRNG-70 mud tanks are made of one 70m³ mud tank.It is composed of mud tank, three TRJBQ15 mud agitators, one 80YZ50-20 (5.5kW) submersible slurry pump and explosion-proof electric control system. Three sets of TRNJQ50-3X mud guns and one set of TRVQL150 venturi ordered by Australian client in our company have been produced, boxed and sent overseas.
TRNJQ Series Mud Gun is a bottom type mud gun, it is meant to provide supplemental or primary mixing in mud tanks depending on the number being used and the pit size. They are best used in tank corners to keep solids from settling and a mud agitator is placed in the tank center.
