Centrifugal Pump & Mud Agitator for Russian Client
On June.2nd, a new batch of solid control equipment is ready in TR factory. It includes 5pcs TRJBQ15 mud agitators, 3pcs TRSB6*5-12J centrifugal pumps, and 2pcs small model TRSB3*2-10J centrifugal pumps. They will be operated on the site of oil and gas drilling project in Russia. At present, we have completed the final package and shipment. They are on the way to our client’s drilling field.

Mud agitator will help much on mixing drilling fluid thoroughly, especially when there is large quantity mud with big gravity. We manufacture mud agitator with both worm and wheel gearbox, also the agitator with helical bevel gear box is available. TRSB Series Centrifugal pump is used for transferring slurry or mud or water. Flare Ignition Device Ready for Delivery
Recently the second set of flare ignition device is accomplished for delivery in our workshop for our old customer. The first set works very well in their oil drilling field, so they decided to order a new one at this year to support their drilling. Flare ignition device is a kind of treatment equipment commonly used in blown down natural gas. It’s usually matched with mud gas separator at oil drilling site.

The ordered flare ignition device is our regular model TRYPD-20/3. Diameter of its main body is DN200 and ignition media is natural gas. Diesel is also available and optional. Commonly charging voltage is 12V/220V, and its ignition voltage is 16kv. In addition to our regular model, we also provide customized design and production service. 20 pieces of Swaco mongoose shaker screens ordered by Thai customer have arrived at Shanghai port for shipment.
This time, the customer ordered 20 pieces of composite frame screens of API140 mesh.All screens comply with API RP 13C(ISO13501) standards.
